1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
• If a class or package is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative is provided.
• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours after purchase and before the first class has taken place.
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
• If you have already attended one or more classes in the purchased package.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled class without giving us at least 3 hours’ prior notice before the class start time.
• If technical issues on your side (e.g., internet problems) prevent you from attending the class, we may offer to reschedule it, provided you contact us promptly to inform us of the issue.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
• Contact us in writing at info@britishenglishhub.com.
• Provide your order details (name, email address, order number, and date of purchase).
• State the reason for your refund request.
3. Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may request to reschedule it instead of requesting a refund, subject to our availability and provided you give at least 3 hours’ prior notice before the class start time.
